We will promptly refund your money as soon a we receive the item.

One year warranty on all of our Motex Labelers !

Our Motex labelers are warranted from defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for 1 year from date of purchase.Should your labeler fail to perform, simply contact us for return instructions then return it to us and we will repair or replace it. (our choice)

A copy of the original invoice MUST be sent with any warranty or return items !
