Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you seebefore confirming your order.

Q: Why was our credit card not processed or denied?

A:

*Please be sure you have entered the card holders name as it appears on the credit card and the exact billing address for your credit card.

*If using MC, Visa or Discover use the 3 digit security code on the back of the card.

*If using American Express use the 4 digit number on the front of the card.
